How do I book a tour?
Send us your dates and group size on WhatsApp, or use the trip-planning form. We reply the same day — usually within a couple of hours — with a written confirmation of the price, the pickup time and what is included.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Not for day tours: you pay your guide in cash, in euros or dirhams, at the end of the day. Multi-day Sahara trips need a small transfer to hold the desert camp, and the balance is paid on the morning you leave Fez.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time — a WhatsApp message is enough, with no fee and no explanation needed. Inside 48 hours we will still move you to another date whenever we can.
Are the tours private?
Yes. Every departure is private by default: your party only, your own guide or driver, and a pace you set. You are never added to a group of strangers.
Where do tours start, and will you find my riad?
We collect you at the door of your riad or hotel in Fez and bring you back there. If your riad sits deep in the Medina where cars cannot reach, we agree the nearest gate with you the day before.
Which languages do your guides speak?
English, French, Spanish and Arabic as standard, including Darija. Italian and German can be arranged with a few days of notice.
Is this suitable for children or older travellers?
Yes to both. Children under 12 travel at a reduced rate, car seats are free on request, and we adjust the walking, the pace and the breaks to your group. For the desert, a 4x4 transfer replaces the camel ride at no extra cost.
How many days do I need for the Sahara?
Two days gets you the dunes and one night in a Berber camp, but the second day is mostly the drive back. If you can spare a third day it adds the oases, the nomad camps and a second night without a single extra hour on the road.
